Terms and Conditions

• Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
• Entry is open to any person residing in the Mount Gambier municipality in South Australia, Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• Promotional Period - The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 28 October 2022 and closes at 4:00pm (AEST) 11 November 2022. ("Promotional Period").
• The competition will be promoted on the Wulanda Recreation & Convention Centre website and Facebook and Instagram page.
• To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, visit the Promoter's website ‘www.wulanda.com.au', and enter required details into the linked competition entry form.
• Individuals can only enter the competition once.
• All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, or not completed properly.
• All entries will also join the Wulanda Recreation & Convention Centre mailing list subscription by completing the entry form.
• Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant's participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant's participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
• The draw will take place at 4.00pm AEST on Friday 11 November 2022 at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 18118940063), 20 Longstaff Road Bayswater Victoria, 3153 Australia.
• The winner will be notified in writing (email) within two (2) days of the draw date and the winner has the winner has two (5) days to claim prize. If winner fails to claim prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place.
• The winners first name and locality will be published on Wulanda Recreation & Convention Centre Facebook page www.facebook.com/WulandaRecreationConventionCentre by 14 November 2022.
• Prize:
  • Two (2) six month Health Club Memberships for Wulanda Recreation & Convention Centre, valued at $500 per person^.
• Includes:
  • Gym access (including BEGiN program fitness induction program)
  • Access to group fitness classes
  • Access to all swimming pools (does not include swimming lessons).
• The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to Wulanda Recreation & Convention Centre membership terms and conditions.
• Please note, the Health Club Adult Membership commencement and facility access will not be available until the Centre officially opens to the public. Facility management will provide updates about the official opening date as construction progresses and the winner will be notified via email or social media.
